Molly wants you to love your wearable art and natural products. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help with exchanges and returns. See details below:

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery 

To get started, email support@mollydart.com:

• Include your order number, item name, reason, and a photo if faulty.
• Wait for our response with approval and return instructions.
• Ship your item using a tracked service.
• Once received, we'll process your refund.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges).
  • Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or color.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid import duties or delivery rejection are not eligible for refund.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, hygiene liners, and seals must be attached.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges

  • Available on full-priced items only within 14 days.
  • Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code.
  • Use your credit to reorder your preferred size or style.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your item is unavailable, you may use your credit to preorder (if available) or choose another style.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Email us within 14 days with details and photos.
  • Return the item once approved.

You can choose:

  • A full refund (including shipping), or
  • Store credit

Refunds or credits are processed after inspection and approval.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
