Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery
To get started, email support@mollydart.com:
• Include your order number, item name, reason, and a photo if faulty.
• Wait for our response with approval and return instructions.
• Ship your item using a tracked service.
• Once received, we'll process your refund.
Important Notes
- Sale items are final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges).
- Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or color.
- Orders refused due to unpaid import duties or delivery rejection are not eligible for refund.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Return Conditions
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, hygiene liners, and seals must be attached.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges
- Available on full-priced items only within 14 days.
- Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code.
- Use your credit to reorder your preferred size or style.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your item is unavailable, you may use your credit to preorder (if available) or choose another style.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Email us within 14 days with details and photos.
- Return the item once approved.
You can choose:
- A full refund (including shipping), or
- Store credit
Refunds or credits are processed after inspection and approval.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
